Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped within the week. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We use USPS to deliver your orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Below are the estimated delivery times:
- USPS First-Class Mail (for packages under 1 lb): 2-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re excited to offer international shipping to our customers in Canada and the United Kingdom. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship internationally.
For orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom, all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your total at checkout.
You will not be required to pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
Canada: 5–10 business days USPS
United Kingdom: 7–12 business days DHL
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal service delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the USPS website at https://www.usps.com. (US ONLY)
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States at this time.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at admin@phlairbeauty.com with your order number, and a description and image of the issue.
Returns
